HOW can I INCORPORATE SOUND INTO MY DAILY LIFE?
Like most people, my life is super busy. Full soundbaths aren’t something that I have time for daily.
However, Sound is a part of my daily yoga and meditation practice but in smaller bite-size pieces. I find even a few minutes of surrounding myself with the vibrations of my singing bowls or my gong, can quickly deepen my meditation, soothe my tender heart, and ground me.
These videos are my way of sharing this time with you. Wherever you are, you can pop in your earbuds or put on your headphones and quickly calm your mind and slow your breathing. These meditations are great when you don’t have a lot of time but want to have a dose of those lovely healing vibes.
